Our Story

In terms of procurement product sourcing, Send 123’s services fall into three general categories, depending on its B2B customers’ requests; 

1. Often, Send 123 sells inventoried goods where a B2B customer requests something typically carried and warehoused by Send 123 (e.g., a request for envelopes or bottles of soap etc), 
2. In other instances, Send 123 searches for and then sources and sells goods based on a general request by a B2B customer (e.g., a request for 200 boxes of widgets of a certain specification, price, size, material, and color, to be sourced),
3. Sometimes B2B customers come to Send 123 to assist with the supply, shipping, and logistics in respect of very specific goods from a specific supplier (e.g., a request for a particular product, of a pre-specified brand, from a particular supplier, to be picked, packed, shipped, imported/exported, warehoused, &/or quality controlled).

In all such cases, Send 123 typically purchases the goods from the suppliers, takes title to the goods, and sells and delivers directly to its B2B customers at a mark-up. The mark-up reflects the value of Send 123’s involvement, often including some of the supply chain management services described above.

 

Where Send 123’s customers meet certain creditworthiness criteria, Send 123 may offer trade credit, allowing its B2B customers to take delivery but pay over time, for example, 30 or 90 days post-delivery.
